Why Do We Invest in Teaching Young Children About God?<\/span><\/h5>\n

Many people believe that playing with kids at church is enough and that taking the time to teach, create games, or worship is too much trouble for too few results. These children are just young and have such small attention spans. They can\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t learn about God. Right?\u00c2\u00a0 — Not Really.<\/span><\/p>\n

Research shows that the early years are the most impressionable time of a person\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s life.\u00c2\u00a0 It is during these young years that values, beliefs, and behaviors are formed which will often stick with a person for the rest of his or her life.\u00c2\u00a0 The early years are crucial for developing a child\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s spiritual, social, intellectual, and moral foundation.\u00c2\u00a0 This is when kids are most open to learning new things and have an unbelievable amount of trust in the principles taught them.\u00c2\u00a0 It is also during this time that parents and guardians are looking for guidance and help in their child\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s development. When young children are taught biblical truths, it has a direct impact on the entire family\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s relationship and spiritual growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The curriculum that we chose is designed to reach kids and direct them toward becoming fully-devoted followers of Christ.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Through creative Bible teaching, music, life application activities, the kids will begin to understand that Jesus really existed and that He loves them personally.\u00c2\u00a0 This will be a wonderful foundation for them to enter into a loving, personal relationship with God.<\/span><\/p>\n
