It is crucial to remember when you are scheduled because our children expects us to be there for them and they are always ready to learn more about God!<\/p>\n<p>Click the link below\u00c2\u00a0to see our 2014 quarterly schedule:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.kids.crolcc.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/4th-Quarter-2014.pdf\">4th Quarter 2014 Schedule<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>**Here are the new changes to the Quarterly Scheduling:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule Responsibilities of the Children Ministry Director<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Send an e-mail reminder every Thursday\/Friday<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Provide a new schedule every quarter and give two weeks for any updates or changes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Schedule Responsibilities of all scheduled volunteers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Notify the Children Ministry Director of any schedule conflicts within two weeks of receiving the new schedule<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Find a replacement or do a schedule-swap with another volunteer if you cannot teach\/help for a particular Sunday<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accountability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have a last minute or emergency situation that prevents you from teaching\/helping on the scheduled Sunday, and you cannot find a replacement, please contact Fanny. Anything considered last minute is 2-3 days prior to the scheduled Sunday.
