**Here are the new changes to the Quarterly Scheduling:
Schedule Responsibilities of the Children Ministry Director
• Send an e-mail reminder every Thursday/Friday
• Provide a new schedule every quarter and give two weeks for any updates or changes
Schedule Responsibilities of all scheduled volunteers
• Notify the Children Ministry Director of any schedule conflicts within two weeks of receiving the new schedule
• Find a replacement or do a schedule-swap with another volunteer if you cannot teach/help for a particular Sunday
Accountability
If you have a last minute or emergency situation that prevents you from teaching/helping on the scheduled Sunday, and you cannot find a replacement, please contact Fanny. Anything considered last minute is 2-3 days prior to the scheduled Sunday. In this case, you will be required to put $10 in the Children Ministry Celebration Offering and Fanny will help you find a replacement.
